The Afghanistan NCDI Poverty Commission launched its report on July 31, 2019, at a Dissemination Workshop at the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH). The event was attended by key staff from the Ministry, members of the Commission, and representatives from the World Health Organization, UNICEF, UNFPA, and implementing NGOs.
